Refund policy

If there is a problem with an item you ordered please contact us. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do whatever we can to make it right for you.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee.

To start a return, please reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
